We are huge fans of Heldridge Construction. Chris and his team were responsible for an extensive, ‘to the studs’ remodel of our downtown Seattle condominium. The quality of work was superb and the project was completed within our budget and on schedule. Apart from successfully executing on the technical aspects of the project, which included much custom fabrication, Chris was a true partner with us in this endeavor. On multiple occasions he worked with us to clarify our desires and understand how we’d actually live in our remodeled home, resulting in some subtle but important modifications to the architect’s plan.
